Information For Vendor Tables

Interested in a vendor table at one of our meetings?  We have a limited number of 6 foot tables available during networking before and after the event.   These are offered on a first come, first served basis but are subject to approval by the PATH Board The following information should help you determine if this is a good fit for your practice or natural health business.

Who is PATH?:

Positive Alternative Therapies in Healthcare, Inc. is a non-profit educational organization established by concerned citizens, professionals and cancer survivors who were no longer content to watch their family and friends suffer from preventable and curable health problems.  PATH believes that most diseases are rarely due to "natural causes", but more likely influenced by environment, nutrition and lifestyle considerations.

Although conventional medicine excels in medical emergencies, it has proven increasingly incapable of dealing with chronic disease.  As a result, millions of Americans have chosen to pursue natural, non-toxic methods to treat and prevent disease.  PATH was organized to help citizens make an informed decision about alternative and scientifically proven modalities to attain wellness.

Location:

Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Beth David Congregation, 2625 SW 3rd Ave, Miami, FL 33129.  There is free parking in the gated lot behind the building.  You will need to show a photo ID.  From the parking lot, enter through the rear of the main building and head straight down the hall to the ballroom.

Time:

Members and guests begin to arrive at 7:00 p.m. for networking and sign in.  You should plan to arrive prior 7:00 to be set up in time for networking.  Our first speaker goes on at 7:30 p.m. and speaks for about 15-20 mins with 5-10 mins for Q&A or an exercise.  We then have a moderated 5-10 minute caring/sharing and announcements segment followed by our keynote speaker at 8:00 or so.  Our keynote speaks for about 30-45 minutes followed by Q&A or an exercise and then we close with any final announcements, including our speakers for the next month and draw tickets for the door prizes (books, speaker donated products or services and other sponsored items).  Following the meeting there is networking available until 9:45 and then we must be out of the parking lot no later than 10:00 p.m.

Audience:

Depending upon the topic, we have typically had between 50 and 100 people in the audience.  Our members are health-conscious individuals who value the importance of taking responsibility for their own health. Members come from all walks of life, lay persons as well as professionals. Many of them are very well read when it comes to natural wellness, some are educated in the subject while others may be quite new to the ideas but looking to learn more.

Why You Should Consider A Vendor Table:

  • If you own a natural, health or holistic business our membership is likely a great fit.  Our speakers attract an audience interested in these products and services.
  • We only have room for a few tables during each meeting so unilke a large trade show you will receive more individual attention.
  • You may also leave behind literature that we will display on our literature table during future events.
  • Your table includes free admission to the meeting that evening.
  • If you plan to offer food samples or other freebies (see criteria below) let us know and we will pre-announce you in our meeting reminder e-blasts.
  • As a 501c non profit organization your table is considered a donation and for many businesses is tax deductible.

Price:

$25 per table payable by credit card in advance (choose this option if you need a receipt) or by cash or check at the door.

Criteria:

Prior to purchasing your table, please make sure your business or practice meets the following criteria:

  • The product or service you provide is natural or holistic.
  • No multi-level marketing.
  • Any food samples must be Kosher due to the location of our lectures.
  • You have contacted PATH and have received approval for a table.

Other Ways To Reach Our Audience:

  • Become a member!  Network with others before and after our meeting and if you are a practitioner we will ask you to stand and introduce yourself.
  • Become an advertiser.  Each advertising package provides you exposure to our audience of over 1,300 natural health seekers via our monthly natural health e-Magazine.  As a Level 2 advertiser you will also be included in each of our meeting reminder e-blasts.
  • Offer a door prize for our end of meeting raffle.  This is a great way to introduce people to your product or service and we'll announce you to the group at the conclusion of the meeting.  A free introductory service or a free sample of a product are nice options.
